SHRIMP OR CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. shrimp or chicken breasts, cooked
3 tbsp. catsup
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
14 oz. can mushrooms
1/2 c. evaporated milk, undiluted

You may add heavy cream or additional milk, if this seems dry to you.

Saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and add mushrooms. Pour into casserole and bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven until golden brown and bubbling.
