RITZ CRACKER PIE 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
20 crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c. crushed walnuts, optional
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped

Beat egg whites, gradually adding sugar until stiff. Fold in crushed Ritz crackers, nuts and baking powder. Pour into greased 8-10 inch pie plate. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

To serve drain frozen strawberries then fold into whipped cream. Place in pie shell, chill. Best served same day.
