RITZ CRACKER PIE 
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
14 crumbled Ritz crackers
2/3 c. nuts
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Combine egg whites and baking powder in large mixing bowl. Beat until almost stiff. Add sugar, Ritz crackers and nuts. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Cover with whipped cream about 1 hour before serving. Chill. Makes 6 servings.
