Beat stiffly 3 egg whites then add:

1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. (scant) baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
20 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Bake in well greased pie plate at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
