GREEN TOMATO BREAD 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2 c. grated unpeeled green tomatoes
1 c. finely chopped walnuts

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add all ingredients except flour and tomatoes; mix well. Stir in flour, mixing well. Fold in tomatoes. Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
