POT LUCK POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. sharp shredded cheese
1/4 tsp. butter, melted
Crushed corn flakes

Mix together hash browns, 1/2 tablespoon butter, salt, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese. Place in 3 quart casserole or 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix 1/4 teaspoon butter and corn flakes together. Spread over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
