POT LUCK POTATOES 
3-6 potatoes, boil, peel, slice
3 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
1/2 c. diced onion
1 tbsp. flour
3 tsp. sugar
Dash salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/3 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar

Save grease from bacon. Saute onion in that grease. Add flour. Stir until smooth. Add other ingredients, stirring continually. Boil. Then pour this sauce over the potatoes and bacon.

Can be made ahead a day and rewarmed in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
