POT-LUCK CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/3 c. chopped onion 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup 2 c. cooked med. noodles 1/4 c. water 1 tsp. mustard 1 tsp. salt 1 c. cooked corn or 1 c. cooked green beans In saucepan, brown beef and cook onion until tender. Stir to separate meat. Pour off fat. Stir in 3/4 cup cheese and remaining ingredients. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 4 servings. Good for carry-in suppers! |
