MOM'S CHEF SALAD 
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon brown mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. minced parsley
8 oz. mushrooms, trimmed, rinsed and thinly sliced
1 1/2 c. croutons
1/4 med. sized white turnip, thinly sliced
6 green onions, sliced up to 1 inch of the green
1 1/2 c. diced cooked ham, chicken or turkey

Make dressing and refrigerate for 2 hours. Toss all ingredients together and serve on lettuce leaves.
