LIGHT TUNA CHEF SALAD 
2 cans light water packed tuna, drained
1 white onion, sliced
3/4 c. wine vinegar
2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1/2 c. diced celery
8 c. torn lettuce
1 cucumber, sliced
1 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tsp. sugar substitute

Mix vinegar and sugar and basil leaves. Chill. Toss remaining ingredients together. Pour chilled dressing over and toss lightly.
