COCKTAIL SAUCE 
4 c. fancy ketchup
1/2 c. grated horseradish
2 dashes Tabasco
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. anchovy paste
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Mix all ingredients with wire whip. Chill. Keeps refrigerated for 2 months.
