SEAFOOD COCKTAIL SAUCE 
1 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. LA red hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. fine chopped celery

Mix all ingredients. Dip oysters, shrimp, crawfish, etc. Serve with crackers. Can use Tony's Creole Seasonings to taste.
