SEAFOOD COCKTAIL SAUCE 
1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce
1 (5 oz.) jar horseradish
1 tsp. salt
6 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
4 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
12 drops Tabasco sauce
Dash of pepper (or more)

Mix all ingredients. Allow seasonings to combine. Then serve with tiny cooked, cooled shrimp over a bed of lettuce.
