CHEESE BALL 
3 (6 oz.) jars cheese (2 bacon, 1 old English)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2-3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. parsley, chopped or dried
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix well and form into ball. Roll in chopped nuts. Best if refrigerated several hours or overnight before serving. Serve with party crackers.
