CHEESE ROLL OR BALL 
3 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. each)
2 jars Kraft Old English cheese (5 oz. each)
1 jar Kraft Roka Bleu cheese (5 oz.)
3 tbsp. garlic vinegar, or cider vinegar and garlic powder, combined
1/2 tsp. salt, or more to taste
Chopped pecan or walnut meats

Mix all ingredients, except nuts, together well. Divide into 2 rolls or balls, and shape on waxed paper. Chill several hours. Roll in chopped nuts, and serve with a variety of crackers. You may freeze this cheese roll, but do not roll into chopped nuts before freezing, but after it has thawed and ready to serve.
