PARMESAN POTATOES 
6 to 8 potatoes, unpeeled & cut in wedges
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Melt butter 9 x 13-inch pan. Put flour and Parmesan cheese in plastic bag and mix well. Place potato wedges in bag and coat well. Place in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, turning about every 20 minutes.
