PERFECT PARMESAN POTATOES 
6-10 red skinned new potatoes
1 stick butter
1 lg. can or pkg. green beans, drained
Salt
Pepper
Parsley flakes
Minced dry onion
1 lg. container sour cream
Parmesan cheese

Wash and scrub potatoes (do not peel). Boil in a large pan of water until tender and then drain. Cut potatoes into large sections. Place half of the potatoes in a crock pot. Season with salt, pepper, parsley, onion and Parmesan. Cut 1/2 stick of butter into pats and place on top of potatoes.

Pour green beans on top of potatoes. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Put the rest of the potatoes on top and season again with all seasonings. Add the other 1/2 stick butter cut into pats and Parmesan cheese.

Spread the sour cream evenly on top. Lightly shake Parmesan on top until it covers the sour cream. Heat in crock pot on High for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until very hot. Stir after about 1 hour.
