2 1/2 c. potatoes, shredded
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 hard boiled eggs
3/4 c. salad dressing (like Miracle Whip)
Mustard to your liking

Sprinkle sugar and vinegar over shredded potatoes. Mix milk, salt, and salad dressing together and pour over potatoes. Mix together well. Add eggs and onion and mustard. Is best if made a day ahead.
