STAY MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
6 or 7 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. cold water
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing

Sift together into a mixing bowl the dry ingredients. Combine the water, vanilla and salad dressing; add to dry ingredients and stir until just blended. Pour into a 9"x13" pan and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

This cake should be made early in the morning or the day before serving. For a layer cake make 1 1/2 times the recipe. It keeps very well.
