MOIST WACKY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Sift flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cocoa into 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Make 3 wells in the mixed dry ingredients. Mix oil, vinegar and vanilla together and pour into the 3 prepared wells. Add water and mix with fork or beat. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until tester comes out dry when inserted into center of cake. Cool. Frost with frosting of choice. Can also make 1/2 batch in 8 x 9 inch pan.
