CHOCOLATE WACKY CAKE

Sift together the following:

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa

Add:

3/4 c. oil (12 tbsp.)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cold water

Bake in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
