WACKY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. carob powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water
2 tsp. vinegar

Mix dry ingredients together. Then add rest of ingredients; mix well. Bake in 13"x9" pan or your choice for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 cube butter
5-6 tbsp. canned milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. carob powder

Bring to a boil the ingredients above. Pour this mixture over 1 package of powdered sugar (sifted) and mix well. Frost in pan as soon as you take it out of the oven or if you take it out of the pan let it cool before you frost it. Do not make your frosting ahead of time until you are absolutely ready to frost or it will thicken too much.
