1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water

Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add other ingredients. Do not beat, just blend.

Bake in 9-inch square pan at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until done.
