1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. Crisco oil
1 c. water

Stir dry ingredients into ungreased pan. Make 3 holes in dry mixture. In first hole pour vanilla, in second pour vinegar and in third the oil. Then pour water over whole mixture. Mix thoroughly. Bake in 9 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
