MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar

1/4 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. water

Bring to rapid boil. Pour over flour mixture, stir well.

1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 tsp. baking soda
2/3 tsp. vanilla

Mix everything well and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/3 c. milk

Bring to boil and pour over 1 box powered sugar. Beat well. Pour over warm cake.
