RICE CASSEROLE | |
8 oz. fine noodles, vermicelli 1/2 lb. butter 2 c. minute rice 2 c. onion soup 2 c. chicken broth 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 c. water 8 oz. sliced water chestnuts 1 sm. can mushrooms, sliced Melt butter and add raw noodles. Brown 4 minutes. Add raw rice and brown. Add all ingredients and put in oven 325 degrees for 1 hour, covered. Makes a lot! Serves 16. |
