SIMILAR TO SOURDOUGH BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. plain yogurt

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening until it looks like very coarse meal. Add yogurt. Blend ingredients with fork, forming a ball. Knead 5 to 6 times on lightly floured board, 1/2 inch thick. Put on greased cookie sheet, brush top with butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
