MICROWAVE OMELET 
In a 9-inch glass pie plate, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add 3 beaten eggs, 3 tablespoons water, salt, pepper, onion, grated cheese, mushrooms, meat, or anything else you find desirable. Cook on high for 1 minute covered. Stir, recover and cook on high for an additional 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
