OVEN-FRIED FISH FILLETS | |
2 lbs. fish fillets, thawed 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 tsp. paprika 2 tbsp. vegetable oil Separate fillets carefully. Combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and paprika in a bowl; add oil. Blend with a fork until thoroughly combined. Spread on wax paper. Press the fish fillets into crumb mixture to coat both sides. Place on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake in a very hot oven, 450 degrees for 12 minutes. |
