EASY SIX LAYER DINNER 
2 c. sliced raw potatoes
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. raw sliced onion
2 c. raw hamburger
1 c. sliced green peppers, optional
1 pt. canned tomatoes

Place in casserole in above order; season each layer with salt and pepper. Cover and bake in slow oven 2 1/2 hours.
