7 LAYER DINNER 
About 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
Sliced potatoes
Sliced carrots
Green beans
Sliced onions
Sliced celery
Lg. can crushed tomatoes

Season with salt and pepper, parsley or basil. Cook in crock pot or top of stove or oven. Put all vegetables in layers, starting with meat and ending with meat, then pouring tomatoes over top. Put in 350 degree oven or all day in crock pot.
