CORN CASSEROLE 
2 (16 1/2 oz.) cream corn
1 (16 1/2 oz.) Niblets corn
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 egg
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
8 oz. sour cream

Mix all ingredients well. Place in a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
