REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
2 tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 lg. tomato, sliced
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
2 tbsp. butter
1 can small can corn niblet, drained

Cook noodles as directed on package. Place cooked noodles in a 12x9 inch cake pan. Toss noodles with butter. Spread sauerkraut over noodles, then cover with shredded cheese and corn beef. Miracle Whip, tomato. Melt butter and toss with cracker crumbs and caraway seeds. Sprinkle crumbs over cheese. Bake until hot and bubbly in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
