TAMALE PIE 
FILLING:

2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. can corn
1 lg. can olives
3 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 lg. green pepper
1 sm. onion
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

2 (8 1/2 oz.) boxes Jiffy corn mix
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1 c. corn
1 tbsp. pimento (optional)
1 tbsp. hot green pepper (optional)

Combine filling ingredients and pour into 13x9 casserole. For topping, beat eggs in milk and add remaining topping ingredients. Pour over filling and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
