SAMUEL'S PANCAKE MIX 
10 c. pastry flour
5 rounded tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. salt
3 c. cornflakes crumbs
2 c. rolled oats
3 c. whole wheat flour
Egg and milk

Combine all ingredients, cover and store when ready to use mix about 1 1/2 cups dry mix with 1 egg and 1 1/2 cups milk. Bake on griddle as usual. Yield: 18 cups dry mix.
