PANCAKE MIX 
2 c. flour
2/3 c. dry milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 to 2 1/2 c. water
3 eggs
1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil

Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs and oil. Add water to chicken like cake batter - not too thin. You can mix dry ingredients ahead and keep in sealed container until ready to use. Batter will keep in refrigerator for a week or more.
