1 c. uncooked rice 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 can sm. peas 1 can mushrooms 6 slices bacon 1 sm. onion, diced 1/2 c. celery, diced 2 cans tomato soup Salt and pepper to taste Cook rice according to package directions. Brown beef, onion and celery. Drain off fat. Add soup, mushrooms, rice and peas. Pour into casserole and top with uncooked bacon. Cook for 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. |
