1 box Ritz crackers Peanut butter 1 lb. white chocolate Melt chocolate in top of double boiler on medium heat, not boiling. Spread peanut butter between crackers and dip in chocolate. Lay crackers on wax paper to cool. Ritz Bits may be used for smaller servings. VARIATION: One (12 oz.) package chocolate chips melted with 1/2 block paraffin may be substituted for the white chocolate. | |
