NANA'S BANANA PECAN STUFFED
FRENCH TOAST

Great company breakfast!

bananas, peeled and sliced
4 thick bread slices (I use sourdough bread)*
bunches of oats cereal (the one with Pecans)
powdered sugar, for sprinkling
maple syrup, warmed (optional)

Note: Bread needs to be cut thick enough from the loaf so you can slice and stuff!

CINNAMON SUGAR:

1/2 tsp. sugar (or more!)
dash cinnamon

In a bowl, toss sliced bananas with cinnamon sugar mixture. Set aside. Stuff thick bread slices with cinnamon and sugar coated banana slices.

FRENCH TOAST DIP:

1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups honey

In a separate bowl mix together milk, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and honey to dip the stuffed French Toast in. Coat dipped bread in cereal mixture.

Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Fry coated bread on each side until golden brown.

Top with powdered sugar, to look pretty. Pour warmed maple syrup over top, if desired.
