GREEN BEANS WITH BACON - ONION
DRESSING
 
1 lb. fresh green beans, steamed
Salt & pepper to taste
2 to 3 slices bacon
3 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. butter

Cut bacon into 1/4 inch pieces. Saute in a small skillet over medium- low heat until limp. Add onion and saute until both are cooked through and tender. Toss green beans with salt and pepper and butter. Lightly stir in bacon-onion mixture. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
