GREEN GODDESS DRESSING 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped shallots
2 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. anchovy paste
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground white pepper

Blend all ingredients and refrigerate. Serve over greens. (Leruth's Restaurant, New Orleans)
