SLOPPY JOES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. catsup or BBQ sauce
1 1/2 c. tomato juice or 1 can tomato soup with 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. minute tapioca
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. water

Brown onion and celery; set aside. Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Add all remaining ingredients, including onion and celery; simmer 15 minutes or until thick.
