MY SON'S FAVORITE CASSEROLE 
1-1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
10 potatoes
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 pt. green beans, optional
Seasoning salt & pepper
Milk
Butter

Brown hamburger and onion in fry pan (green pepper, optional). Peel potatoes while ham is browning and boiling to make mashed.

Drain grease off hamburger mixture and put in casserole dish. Add mushroom soup and small amount of milk (add green bean here if you want). Pat out flat next put mashed potatoes on top of ham mixture. Cover with cheese. Cover dish and put in oven on 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until warmed through and cheese is melted.
