ZIPPY BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
4 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
2/3 c. catsup
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 2 oz.)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1-2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. crushed potato chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In fry pan over medium heat, cook hamburger until brown. Drain off fat. Cook macaroni per directions on package; drain. In ungreased 2 quart casserole, mix all ingredients except chips. Cover and bake for 40 minutes, uncover after allotted time and sprinkle chips over top and bake another 5 minutes. Serves 6.
