CHEESE AND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Velveeta shells and cheese
1/2 c. chopped tomato
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Prepare cheese and shells as directed. Add tomato. Brown ground beef, stir in tomato sauce and onion. Spoon dinner into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with meat mixture. Sprinkle with chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
