"GRANDMA'S COFFEE CAKE" 
4 1/2 c. flour
6 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 sticks butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten
2 pkgs. dry yeast, dissolved in 3/4 c. of warm water

Mix dry ingredients together then add melted butter, eggs and yeast. Mix well, then place in refrigerator and let rise for 2 hours or overnight until doubled in size. When ready, roll out on floured board and baste with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Cut into pieces and place on cookie sheet, baste top of each roll with more butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
