2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped apples
2 c. black coffee
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix ingredients. Bake in sheet cake pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
