BROCCOLI AND CHEESE 
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) jar pasteurized process cheese spread
2 c. cooked rice (Minute or other)
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Sauté onions and pepper in butter until tender. Add cheese spread, cooked rice, broccoli and soup. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour into an 8 x 8-inch buttered baking dish.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.

Serves 6 to 8.
