BAKED SOLE WITH BROCCOLI 
1-1/2 to 2 lbs. fillet of sole
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of white pepper
Dash of paprika
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears
Salted water
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3/4 c. sour cream
Thinly sliced lemon pieces

Sprinkle fillets with salt, pepper and paprika. Fold in halves.

In large saucepan cook broccoli in salted water 4 minutes. Drain.

In lightly buttered baking dish arrange broccoli. Top with folded fish fillets. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.

Pour off liquid, reserving 3 to 4 tablespoons. In bowl mix sour cream, reserved fish liquid and lemon pieces. Serve along side fish.
