BAKED FILLET OF SOLE IN MUSHROOM
SAUCE
 
8 sole fillets
1 c. mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. MSG
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. water

Soak fish in lemon juice and water, 5 minutes. Remove fish and sprinkle with MSG, salt and pepper. Roll fillets and place in baking dish with onions. Mix mushroom soup and milk. Pour this over fillets and bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
